Foundations for Growth:
A Housing Strategy and Action Plan for ND Region 2
Housing was identified as a priority in the 2024-2028 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). To advance this priority, SBPC is launching a regional housing initiative to assess housing needs, identify development opportunities, and create practical solutions that support workforce growth and long-term community sustainability throughout North Dakota Region 2.
Community members, local leaders, employers, developers, housing professionals, and regional partners will have opportunities to participate and help shape future housing solutions.
