Lyndsay Ulrickson
Executive Director

 

Lyndsay joined SBPC as a Development Specialist following the historic Mouse River Flood of 2011. She was named the Executive Director in 2013. Lyndsay graduated from Minot State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in business management and marketing. Prior to working for SBPC, Lyndsay worked for Capital Financial Services, Inc. as a Business Development Manager.

 

Lyndsay is a member and past president of the Minot SERTOMA Club and a volunteer for the Minot Chamber of Commerce Junior Achievements Program.

 

Lyndsay was voted into the Top 40 Business Professionals under the age of 40 by Prairie Business Magazine in 2013 at the age of 30. She is also a Dale Carnegie Class of 2014 graduate, as well as a Minot Women's Leadership Program Class of 2013 graduate.

Emily Berg
Community Development Specialist
 

Emily joined SBPC in 2014. She graduated from Globe University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in exercise science.

 

Emily grew up in Ryder, North Dakota. Prior to working for SBPC, Emily worked for Choice Hotels.

 

Emily is a Junior Achievement volunteer through the Minot Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Minot Women's Leadership Program Class of 2016 graduate.

Briselda Hernandez
Business Opportunities Manager
 

Briselda joined SBPC in 2014. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in finance. Briselda is currently seeking a Master's degree in public administration.

 

Prior to working for SBPC, Briselda served one year as an AmeriCorps VISTA, a national service program designed to alleviate poverty. She was placed in the Los Angeles Unified School District Community Partnership Program, where she helped build the organizational and financial capacity of the district’s community engagement program.

 

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Briselda moved to Minot in 2013. She is currently a Junior Achievement volunteer through the Minot Chamber of Commerce, Companions for Children volunteer, and a member of the Minot Young Professionals.

Connie Wilson
Operations & Finance Manager
 

Connie joined SBPC in 2016. She studied business management and human resources at Minot State University. Prior to working for SBPC, Connie worked in the oilfield as a Finance Manager. Born and raised in North Dakota, Connie has a passion for community service and giving back.

Connie serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Plains Children's Advocacy Center and is a volunteer for the Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry and Noah's Homeless Breakfast.
