Council Awards September Action Grant
The Souris Basin Planning Council awarded an Action Grant in the amount of $1375.00 to Ellie Ann's Interior Design of Rugby at the September Executive Board Meeting.
The grant will help with costs associated with interior and exterior signage for their new location, the former Ben Franklin building in downtown Rugby.
